About Me

I started pole dancing over 15 years ago, and it completely changed my life. I had no interest in movement before finding pole and what keeps me hooked is that it’s ever changing. There’s always a new challenge to explore and new ways to grow. Along the way I became a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator and massage therapist, which gave me a deeper understanding of how the body adapts, and performs.

Over time, I have realised that what I love about this work is helping people feel reassured and empowered when they’re in pain or doubting their abilities.
Many of my clients who are recovering from an injury are also neurodivergent and/or highly anxious. As someone with autism and ADHD, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to be in a body that doesn’t feel like it’s cooperating, especially if you’re neurodiverse. My role is to listen, to help you make sense of what’s happening, and to guide you back to movements that feels safe and strong again.

If you are ready to move with confidence and longevity, then I’d love to work with you!
