If you book a massage treatment or rehabilitation session with Kassia Portas, either conducted online or face to face at a studio or clinic (hereafter referred to as “services”), the following terms and conditions apply.

Diversity Code of Conduct
No matter your gender identity, race or ethnic background, you are welcome to all use services offered by Kassia Portas.

Payment method & Cancellation
All payments for all services must be received in full before the service start time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the service start time must be paid in full.

All payments will be taken via Stripe when booking online or through a bank transfer directly to Kassia Portas. All payments and invoices will be recorded using Cliniko.

Session timings
Sessions will start promptly so please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure readiness for the session. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late then your session needs to be rearranged, unless pre-approved by Kassia Portas.

Record Keeping
All personal contact details, medical history forms, Covid-19 forms and notes from services will be kept on Cliniko.

Virtual/Online Rehabilitation
All online services are conducted via Cliniko. If this is unsuitable for you, an alternative platform can be agreed upon.

Health and Safety
Kassia is qualified as a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator Bsc(hons), a certified sports massage therapist and medical acupuncturist. Kassia is first aid trained and an insured member of BASRAT.

Before arriving for services with Kassia Portas’ you are required to complete a medical history form which includes personal details. Please see the privacy policy for how these details are held. If you have any reservations regarding your health, please discuss this with Kassia Portas directly.
